How many sessions will this take?
It depends on you and the situation, and I will not pretend otherwise. What I can tell you is the shape of it. As you make progress, sessions space further apart until you are ready to stop. You are always welcome back. This is a season with a purpose, not a subscription you are trapped in.
Do you take insurance?
No. Sessions are paid directly, which also means nothing about your care gets filed with an insurer.
Is there anything between sessions?
Usually. Journaling, reading, or a question to sit with. The 50 minutes is where we find the work. The week in between is where the work happens.
What happens in the first one?
Mostly a conversation about what brought you to the point of deciding this might help. You set the pace, and you will not be pushed to relive anything you are not ready to talk about. There is a full walkthrough here.
